We at Sandhills PCN are hosting an online session designed to give information about stress, it’s causes and tips to be able to manage everyday stress.

Have you heard about our new A+LUK Breathe Easy Group for patients with respiratory conditions? 

A place for patients to meet individuals with the same or similar conditions and talk about their experiences, while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit. Each meeting will involve a different guest speaker or focus, such as Air Quality and Home Fire Safety Visits. We are always open to suggestions and would love to include activities such as quizzes and games in the future. 

Our Social Prescribers Deb and Sarah will also be on hand with information about community and social groups and events.  

Meetings are held every 4th Wednesday of the month 1pm-2pm at the Weatherly Centre in Biggleswade. 

We look forward to seeing you all again for our next meeting on the 26th June, where our guest speaker is from the Pulmonary Rehab Team.
